Q. How do I order from your website?
A. Ordering from our website is easy. Just follow these simple steps
1. Register. We suggest you pick a familiar Login and Password
3. Navigate to the gallery with pictures you wish to order.
4. When you find a photograph you wish to order, click the "ADD TO CART" button below the photo, then select the purchase option you would like for that photograph.
5. Select either "CONTINUE SHOPPING" if you would like to select other photographs to purchase, or "CHECKOUT" if you would like to complete your purchase.
6. When you click "CHECKOUT", follow the process of paying for your photographs.
Your order will be sent to us for processing. Digital Images generally take 1 or 2 days to process, while photographic prints take up to 10 business days for delivery within Australia.
Q. What payment methods are available?
A. Our store uses the Paypal system. Secure purchases can be made with any VISA or Mastercard.
Q. What is the quality of your final products like?
A. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with very high quality products. All our photographers have many years of professional experience and we only use professional print labs to produce our final products.
For Posters, Team Photos and Portraits we use a large professional print lab in Brisbane. They are recognised throughout the photographic industry for their extremely high quality and the consistency of their products. They have a long track record of success within the industry.
For all our website orders we use the services of one of Australia's largest professional print labs based in Melbourne. They have an outstanding reputation for the quality of their work.
Q. Why do you require a 50% deposit for Player Poster Orders, and under what circumstances will this deposit be refunded?
A. Over the past few years of covering the BQ State Championships we have had the sincere pleasure of providing many customers with a treasured momento of their players in the form of a Player Poster. The vast majority of customers have been a true pleasure to deal with, however there have been a few who have ordered posters but then become uncontactable after the championships, or who have refused to pay us after we put in the work to photograph their player. When a customer orders a player poster from us it is very important that they realise that we will then assign expensive resources to cover some of their players' games in order to fulfil the poster order. We have grown tired of assigning these resources only to find out later that some customers had no intention of purchasing the poster they ordered. Often these people just wanted to ensure their player was photographed more than other players on their team. This behaviour is unfair on everyone concerned and very costly to us because our resources are wasted, when they could have been assigned to covering other players whose parents genuinely wanted a poster of their player. It is our hope that by requiring poster customers to pay a deposit up front to secure our services we can identify the customers who GENUINELY want to order a poster of their player and weed out those who seek to waste our time.
Therefore it is important for us to receive a 50% deposit from now on for all Player Poster Orders.
So - when will this deposit be refundable? Excellent and important question. We will refund deposits on poster orders that we cannot fulfil due to being unable to photograph or not photographing a player. This may happen in a number of situations - such as players being injured early during the championships or not receiving enough playing time or simply not playing while our photographers were able to attend their games.
Q. I notice that there are many more products available for purchase now compared with previous years. Why is this?
A. We value the feedback of our customers and we listen to them. It is in direct response to requests from our customers that we have significantly enlarged the number and types of products available for purchase. Larger prints, larger sizes of Digital Downloads and also Face Mounted Acrylics that come ready to hang have been added to meet these requests. We hope the enlarged range of products helps meet the evolving needs of our customers. Q. What's a "Face Mounted Acrylic" and what's the difference between purchasing one of those and a print? Whats the advantage of purchasing a Face Mounted Acrylic?
A. Great question! Face Mounted Acrylics are made by printing your image on metallic paper (a process that produces more vibrant colours), then mounting your photograph behind an optically clear piece of acrylic plastic. The acrylic protects the print and the clarity and vibrancy of the print really "pop" visually. The advantage of purchasing Face Mounted Acrylic prints is that they come ready to hang in your home or office space and visually they are simply stunning!

A. Click on the Forms link on this website, then download the form from the link on that page. To order a PLAYER POSTER follow the steps on the form.
Q. Why do you only use signature on delivery or couriers for delivery?
A. Due to significant issues with standard delivery via Australia Post, we no longer use those services. We use either "signature on delivery" AUSPOST services or we use Couriers. Yes - they are more expensive but they are dependable and your products arrive safely.
Q. How do I avoid courier charges on my image purchases from www.zencreativestudios.com?
A. It's really easy - purchase Digital Downloads rather than prints or mounted products. With no physical image to deliver there is no delivery charge and as a bonus your images are available for download much faster than receiving them via courier. An additional benefit is that you can use the Digital Download image for anything you like! i.e. you can use it to make a coffee mug with the image on it, make a calendar of your child, create a collage of your own design or print it and mount it the way you wish.
Q. I'm an international customer not based in Australia. Can I still order from you?
A. Yes! Absolutely you can. Our print providers will deliver internationally. Prints will take longer to deliver - please allow some extra time for your international delivery.
